The People Advisor role provides support to employees and managers at a regional or cluster level.
As a trusted professional, the Advisor works closely with Consultants, Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to provide timely, effective and efficient services to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities Query Resolution Supports managers and employees with questions / concerns on P&C processes and policiesManages the resolution of queries within agreed service levelsProvides accurate responses to queries first timeCase Management Effective management of queries through the case management systemTimely escalation of queries to the correct point of contact responderDocumentation Management Prepares employees documents (e. g.
offer letters, contracts, bonus letters, termination letters etc)Payroll Management Manages Time & Attendance SystemsBe the PoC with the payroll agencyDouble Check payslipsAnswer employees' questions related to payrollCollaboration with COEs Collaborating with People Centres of Excellence to resolve any questions that 'break policy'Providing feedback to CoE's on consistent policy questions / issuesContinuous Improvement Identifies opportunities to improve services and processesSupports the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiativesP&C Process Support Proactively encourages the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managersTeamwork Works closely with other Service team members and P&C Consultants and People Business Partners, actively forwards cases related to data management to the responsible P&C point of contactData Management Manages onboarding/offboardingSupport employee's personal data change questionsSupport manager or P&C instigated Job Change questions / requestsManages and maintains employee filesManages flow of employee documentsHealth and Safety Manage health and safety tasksRequirements Problem SolvingCustomer ServicesTime ManagementCase ManagementPrioritisationAttention to DetailData Analysis and InterpretationInfluenceP&C Process KnowledgeTeamwork / Collaboration
