**Your role**:

- Work closely with our Head of Talent on impactful projects that shape the future of our organisation.

- Be the go-to person for our team, providing world-class support and innovative solutions to their HR needs.

- Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to orchestrating engaging interviews and beyond.

- Take the helm in onboarding new team members, ensuring they feel empowered and set up for success.

- Bring your fresh perspective to our talent development initiatives and take them to new heights.

- Gain hands-on experience in managing HR processes and systems, gaining invaluable real-world insights.

**What we're looking for**:

- A vibrant and motivated graduate with a passion for HR and a roll up your sleeves attitude.

- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organisation.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
