**Contract Type**: Permanent - Full time - Hybrid
**JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to the cluster People Lead.
You are responsible for:
- Partner with and provide support to business leaders on HR policies and change management.
- Coordinate / execute organizational development initiatives in Movus Expansion plans.
- Provide consultative support to business managers on performance issues, employee relations, employee development, and performance management; perform operational activities in support of all these areas.
- Manage and update job description, policy updates and implementation, and audits ensuring the comany meets legal compliance and regulations.
- Perform hiring, onboarding, offboarding and training & development activities for all positions
- Serve as a liaison to external recruiting agencies / vendors to effectively manage recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
- Ensure effective employee relations
- Support business continuity by coordinating the attendance and payroll management processes, timely granting of benefits and local social events
- Provide required data and people reports
- Act as performance improvement driver and initiate positive changes in the people management.
- Design and maintain Org charts for the country.
**QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences, Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivelant.
- Minimum 7 years of experience.
- Excellent command of local language with proficency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian labour law
- Experience in a HR generalist role

- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal employees and external customers
- Ability to prepare deliverables and reports accurately within time deadlines
- Ability to handle situations with tact, maturity, confidentiality, and sensitivity
- Strong reporting and analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
