Key responsibilities:
- Learning & Development_
- Design, implement, and manage training programs tailored to business and employee needs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
- Oversee the digital learning tools.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and impact assessments.
- Support talent development initiatives, including career pathing and succession planning.
- Develop and facilitate leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities.
- Partner with external training providers to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- People Analytics_
- Collect, analyze, and interpret people data to provide insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify patterns in people data and recommend data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure data-driven HR strategies enhance business outcomes.
- People Business Partnering Support_
- Act as a key People point of contact, supporting business leaders with people-related insights.
- Participate in engagement initiatives, employee experience programs, and culture enhancement projects.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts through university partnerships and external engagement.
- Support the execution of People Cycles aligned with company values and policies.
Who we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of People experience, ideally in HR Business Partnering or Learning & Development
- Good understanding of L&D methodologies, training program design, and execution
- Experience with People Analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Workday, or similar)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English and Italian is required
