Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies. Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis. Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo. Excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills. Responsibilities Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions. Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for Italy via dynamic consultations. Actively seek opportunities to identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from more senior leaders when needed. Identify key business, market and POps stakeholders to build network and contribute to cross-team collaboration. Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, of Google-wide HR policies and understand how to navigate the POps ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers, managers and leaders.
