Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate & self-driven People Coordinator to join our People Team to join the Tomorrow People's Team !

You'll be in charge of supporting the People team to create seamless and People-centric employee experience in our London office.

**What your day to day will look like

**HR Operations

- Work closely with the People team on building robust people processes, including onboarding and career pathing structures

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties

- Support the Head of People on specific People-related projects, whether it be employee relations, organisational planning or ways of working as a global company

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the people's Team

- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

**What you need to succeed

- You're a People person who loves to create great employee experience

- You have a good organisational skill, communication skills and a highly collaborative approach

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
