To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented PeopleHub Intern to join the Administration team.

Reporting into: Payroll & Administration Manager
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Working closely with PeopleHub Advisors for update and maintain employees personnel files through Workday system
- Supporting in proving first line support for team HR and low risk employee queries
- Supporting in preparing employment-related letters for staff
- Supporting the onboarding of our new employees
- Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required
The type of person we are looking for:
- Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel/Outlook/Word
- Fluent in English
- Previous intern in an HR administrative role supporting a busy team is a plus
- Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas
- Discreet and well presented, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
