**Right now, we are looking for a People Journey SSR - more than 3 years of experience in the role - to join our team at Globant IT - Milano!

**The people journey team is in charge of gathering employee information through the systems and making sure the information flows to the payroll area (HR-Administration/HR systems) and other areas that might need employee information.

**Also, working closely with the legal team to make sure of being compliant with the labor-legal requirements of each country and explore new benefits for the globers.

**Main tasks that will help you succeed**:

- **Take care of the onboarding and offboarding process

- **Perform employee information checks and controls to make sure the information in the systems is clean and accurate.

- **Send the payroll inputs every month so the payroll team can run the payroll cycle

- **Check on the holiday's accrual and make the leaves controls

- **Working closely with the legal team to make sure Globant is compliant with local labor legislation

- **Improve and optimize the processes through the tools (SAP & SSF)

- **Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.

- **Enjoy solving problems.

- **Intermediate English skills.

- **Strong interpersonal skills.

- **Experience in a similar position.

- **Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets user.

- **A background in both legal and HR fields.
