We are seeking a People Journey middle level with experience in legal, employment counseling, HR, and administration who shares our passion for innovation and change.

This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed: Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)A background in both legal and HR fields. Believe and love what you do. Have imagination and love innovating. Being flexible & goal-oriented. Take care of the onboarding and offboarding process. Perform employee information checks and controls to make sure the information in the systems is clean and accurate. Send the payroll inputs every month so the payroll team can run the payroll cycle. Check on the holiday's accrual and make the leaves controls. Work closely with the legal team to ensure Globant is compliant with local labor legislation. Improve and optimize the processes through the tools (SAP & SSF). Being capable of taking a step back to look at the bigger picture. Enjoy solving problems. Strong interpersonal skills.
