If this sounds like your bag, then read on. Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced People Lead to manage the global Landing. Jobs HR Operation, supporting the company's accelerated growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for all things related to People and HR. What you will be doingForge a plan with robust processes that can scale with no challenges;Build and manage the People Team in terms of hiring and workers' experience;Act as an HR advisor, establishing rapport and open relationships with the leadership team, in line with the business goals;Interpret andanswer questions related to HR policies while ensuring consistency with the company's values. Lead all recruitment and employer branding efforts to scale Landing. Jobs team, supporting line managers in the recruitment and selection process;Monitor the performance, retention and satisfaction of our teams and identify opportunities for improvement;Mature people development and implement training programmes for the organisation;Act as a Landing. Jobs ambassador inside and outside the company.

Main requirements Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any similar field; +3 years of experience in a People/HR role+1 year of experience in an international and fast-paced environment+1 year of HR experience working with globally distributed teamsKnowledge and proven experience in implementation of HR best practices, processes, and tools;Experience in Tech RecruitmentFluency in EnglishAccountability and ownership of your responsibilitiesGood communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude towards new challenges and a performance-oriented mindset
