Your task As the disciplinary lead next to the functional leads, you will empower and develop employees for self-responsibility and self-organization. You will support the change process to grow into the new roles by clear demarcation of responsibilities and close/transparent communication. The disciplinary management (salary, promotion, leave of absence, evaluation, etc. ), including administrative activities and consideration of the employment law framework, will also be part of your tasks.
