Main Responsibilities

- Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People & Culture plan for Kosmos.

- Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees' life cycle.

- Contribute to the definition and execution of employer branding initiatives.

- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional, that brings functional expertise to help on defining and implementing critical people management processes.

- Bachelor's in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.

- You have demonstrated 8-10 years' experience in the Human Resources/ People function, with at least 5 years in recruitment roles. Desirable knowledge of employment legislation.

- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.

- You have strong values and ethic, value diversity and promote inclusiveness and fairness.

- Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication in English (other languages a plus).
