People Operations Associate - Verona

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented People Operations Associate to join our growing team who will be comfortable in a start-up environment.
You will play a crucial role in our growth and success by attracting and identifying the best talent for our stores around Verona.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly motivated and talented humans as you engage with different stakeholders.
What will you do?
- You'll manage the end-to-end employee life cycle and people processes of our delivery riders and store assistants, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, grievances, and off-boarding!
- Put together sourcing campaigns for our delivery rider and store assistant positions and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Organize and manage documentation for current and new hires including contracts, legal documentation, and personal information.
- Create new and innovative ways to attract the best people to join Getir by identifying new channels.
- Assist with payroll tasks.
- Support and improve on important projects that will facilitate people operations the daily work of our drivers and couriers.
**Requirements**:
You've got it!
- 3-4 years of experience in big volume recruitment roles.
- Proven experience in a people and talent acquisition role in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
- Nice-to-have: Previous experience with payroll and retail industry
You are:
- Located in Verona already.
- An analytical thinker
- We can tell right away that you have a can-do and will-do attitude.
- Super adaptable naturally.
That means you can switch between long-term strategic planning one moment into rapid, tactical actions the next.
- You have excellent communication skills and can use them to demonstrate what it means to be part of Getir to the team.
