**Join us as a People Operations Intern** and let's make magic happen together.

**Role Overview

As a **People Operations Intern**, you'll support the HR team by updating the HRIS with employee data, assisting in the employee life cycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding), helping with payroll tasks, and supporting the development of HR policies. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to HR process improvements, assist in HR technology projects, help with HR analytics, and provide support for general HR-related inquiries.

You will be part of the HR Team and you will support the Satispay Group.

Your mission:

- ** Manage the HRIS. ** Assist with data entry and updates in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and leave tracking.

- ** Oversee the employee lifecycle. **Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare employment contracts, and handle employment status changes.

- ** Support policy management. **Help update HR policies and ensure they remain compliant with labor laws and regulations.

- ** Contribute to HR projects and analytics. **Assist in various HR initiatives, including technology implementation, data analysis, and the development of HR dashboards.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Strongly interested in Human Resources and motivated to learn and grow. **You are enthusiastic and eager to develop, with any past experience in HR or knowledge of CCNL Commercio and CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria being a plus.

- ** Great communication and interpersonal skills**. You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively with others.

- ** Strong organizational and time-management abilities**. You have a talent for staying organized and managing your time efficiently, even in fast-paced environments.

- ** Fluent in Italian and English**. You possess excellent communication skills in both languages, and knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is a plus.

- ** Detail-oriented and discreet**. You have a keen eye for detail and can handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
