***About the role***:
We are expanding our Italian People & Culture team which is focused on building and delivering top class HR services for the local market.
We are looking for somebody who will help us leading the People Operations & HR admin area.
The roles' key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of all People Ops and HR Admin activity - following the employee's lifecycle from an admin perspective
- Partnering with the external payroll provider in order to smoothly run the monthly pay-cycle - including time and attendance management - and social contribution duties
- Acting as a SME for all local HR ops and HR admin topics
- Participating in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS
- Benefits and perks management (ie meal cards, company cars, etc.
)
- Continuously improve HR admin processes
- Provide reports and analysis on headcount and labour cost
The Role is based in our local HQ office in Milan city center.
***What we would like you to have***:
Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have:
- Relevant experience working in HR operations / HR admin
- Knowledge of the Commercio (Metalmeccanico is a plus) CBA and of the Labour and HR provisions and regulations
- Business fluency in English
- Experience in an industrial / blue collar environment
