People Operations Manager

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Organize and take responsibility for company-wide events and team-building activities (from the brainstorming phase to research, logistics, and on-site inspections).
- Manage business travels for the entire company.
- Support the team in organizing recruiting events.
- Organize events for Spooners and their families.
- Propose initiatives to develop the company culture.
- Be the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on-site and remote Spooners.
- Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.

- Fluent English and Italian.
You can read and write fluently both in English and in Italian.
- You live in Milan, or are ready to relocate.
This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
