We're looking for a motivated and driven People Operations Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- You are the first point of contact for our employees, people partners, as well as authorities and insurances for questions concerning e. g.

pension scheme, company benefits, contract management

- You will actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and contribute your knowledge in an active exchange with our payroll partner and also support our employees with your expertise

- You are responsible for all HR processes from employee entry to exit of a support area (e. g.

handling of contract management, questions around onboarding as well as preparation of references); with the help of your experience you drive forward the optimization and automation of these processes

- You keep track of all HR master data in our HR management tool _Workday_ as well as in our HR files and ensure their availability, timeliness, and quality

- You partner with our leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc.

)

- Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed)

- You are able to support the international recruiting team in sourcing and interviewing if needed

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Ideally with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, high-growth organization

- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study

- Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law, Italian labour law is a plus

- Make it happen attitude

- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels

- Proactive, committed, team-oriented and attention to detail

- Fluent in English and one language among Spanish and Italian
