About the role As a People OPS Director you will help nurture our peculiar startup culture while we continue to grow.

You will work closely with everyone on the team providing people strategies that recognize our shared purpose and reflect our unique company culture.
This position is hands-on, requires someone who is agile with a growth mindset, and can collaborate with the CEO to implement things from scratch. In addition, working together with other members from the People Operations Team you will:
Provide people operations support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting managers and executives in all related areas and regions including:
recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people developmentMaintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment lawProvide coaching for managers to help achieve business goalsLead the work of the People Operations Team and provide guidanceContribute and build programs that enable both individual and team growthSome important details:
Have at least 7-10 years experienceswith growing teams (and if not, should be able to demonstrate the role fit)Have a degree in Psychology (either Masters or PhD) is a plusAre specialized and up to date in Italian and/or USA HR operations, policy and administration. Are proficient in English (mother tongue is highly appreciated)Love to take care of a growing work environmentAre highly organized and capable of working solo with little supervision and also has interest to coordinate with a smart teamAre able to handle sensitive and confidential material, and practice discretionHave a passion for Empaticas products and missionHave resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great workLife at EmpaticaYou will join a fast-growing, international, and diverse team of 80+ talented people who care passionately about what we do and the difference we are making in the world.
