People Partner Lead

You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data.
Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
In this role, you will manage a customer portfolio on program areas or functions and lead a team of People Partners.
You will also mentor and develop a team of People Partners to coordinate cross-team activities.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Business Leaders to ensure people strategies.
Drive business strategies and outcomes.
- Solve problems and understand the cause of issues.
Design and quickly implement solutions across multiple disciplines to ensure that Google is compliant and updated on all local employment guidelines.
- Provide expertise in organizational effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, performance management, executive coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of People Partners.
- Provide thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Provide proactive solutions and insightful data to guide decision-making.
