Job Description Keyless is looking for a People OpsSpecialist who will roll up their sleeves and be part of our Business Team.

As a key member of the team you will support numerous Human Resource functions to meet strategic, tactical and administrative HR objectives, by providing professional support, actively contributing to the development and implementation of the People strategy in all areas of recruitment, organisational design, retention, reward and employee engagement.

What you will do:

Degree in Business, social sciences, humanities, or a related field - HR major is a plus.

Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.

2 years of experience in a similar role Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite and comfortable learning new technical systems.

Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness.

Unquestionable integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion.

Strong project management skills, strong attention to detail.
