**About the job ? ?
We are looking for a team player **People HR Administration **with an international mindset and experience in working with multicultural teams.
The People team at Paack has daily challenges and different missions that make us grow and strive.
Each of us brings different superpowers, which is yours?
From our side, we can tell you that these are the tasks and missions we could offer you in this role:
- Update internal databases (e. g.
record leavers, sick or maternity leave etc.
)
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e. g.
leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
- Producing letters and paperwork on behalf of the Employee Relations team.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- HR Metrics compilation and analysis.

We would like you to be and bring to us:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of experience in a generalist role covering a variety of HR functions, and in fast-paced environments
- Proficient level of Business Italian & English, both spoken and written
- Fluency in Spanish will be highly valued
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
- Proven hands-on attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
