People Specialist - Kings League Italy
Main Responsibilities Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People plan for Kosmos.
Lead recruitment processes for different roles and functions across a variety of businesses.
Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees' life cycle.
Manage the payroll process through an external vendor.
Manage the administration of the time tracking system.
Keep our employee data base updated.
Support the implementation of social benefits.
Provide first level response support to managers, employees and other customers.
Requirements A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional, that brings functional expertise to help on defining and implementing critical people management processes Bachelor in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
You have demonstrated 3-5 years' experience in the Human Resources function, preferably as generalist.
Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
You have strong values and ethic, value diversity and promote inclusiveness and fairness.
Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.
