People Specialist - Kings League Italy
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People plan for Kosmos.
- Lead recruitment processes for different roles and functions across a variety of businesses.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees' life cycle.
- Manage the payroll process through an external vendor.
- Manage the administration of the time tracking system.
- Keep our employee data base updated.
- Support the implementation of social benefits.
- Provide first level response support to managers, employees and other customers.
**Requirements**:
- A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional, that brings functional expertise to help on defining and implementing critical people management processes
- Bachelor in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
- You have demonstrated 3-5 years' experience in the Human Resources function, preferably as generalist.
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
- You have strong values and ethic, value diversity and promote inclusiveness and fairness.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.
