**Role** **Details
**Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide administrative support to the team on the online and paper-based database
- Manage the uniform stock and be a support for equipment issues
- Learn the employee benefits program offered by the company and be a support for staff
- Assist employees with any "soft" queries they may have
- Take care of our staff wellbeing and enhance our common spaces
- Organize and keep up to date noticeboards
- Create posts on our communication network
- Deliver basic technical support for IT issues
- Schedule and organize internal and external events for staff
**Working with Others
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments;
- Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals;
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect;
- Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or clients/guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
**Safety and Security
- Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
**Policies and Procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field.
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to listen and follow instructions
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- General knowledge of HR the best practices would be an advantage
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills;
- You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
