What you'll do:
- You will join the team of HR Development & Culture reporting directly to the Performance & Career's manager. - In Performance & Career team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in:
- Global Performance Management to support the coordination and annual review management with a specific focus on performance training implemention to involve new Companies-
- Support the coordination of training for group countries on the adoption of the GPM-
- Workday management with a focus on activities necessary to ensure the proper implementation in each Company involved in Global Performance process-
- Ensure the correct implementation of the GPM in the Workday HR management system (requirements analysis, testing for each process step, creation of customised reports)-
- Develope quantitative and qualitative reports with a focus on performance results and organizational/gender distribution-
- Elaborate documents and presentation with reference to Performance and Career topics-
- Provide support to employees, manager, HR BP and foreign local HR to facilitate the diffusion of global HR process and each HR projectWho you are:
- You have at least 4 years of experience working in HR Department in structured contexts preferrably in consulting or multinational companies- You have a degree in human resources, economics or management- You have a strong analytical, communication skills and a strong attitude towards people with facility in creating relationship and a collaborative environment- You have knowledge and skills about the technical features belonging to the people management field with experience to support colleagues and employees to manage HR process- You have ability to manage priorities and to work on projects- You have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Office and Workday Performance- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written- You are flexible, determined, proactive and self-organized
Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in HR department with a focus on Performance system
