EBU offers tailored solutions in on-site generation (power, heat, cooling), energy efficiency, virtual power plants, flexibility, and battery storage. We are currently looking for a Performance Analyst for our Operations Maintenance Department. Responsibilities:Performance analysis of tri/co-generation plants with gas fuel engines/turbinesEnsure implementation of EBU strategies/policiesResponsible for customer contracts managementAssist the OM team in establishing operating strategies to optimize plant operations and further reduce gas and power costsAnalyze current performance evaluation systems and processes to identify improvement opportunitiesCreate and develop performance tracking tools through new software innovations and processes for delivering world-class financial and technical performance from OM's fleet of assetsPerform engineering and commercial analysis of operating regimes and implement improvementsDaily performance analysis to achieve budgeted performance and PES CAR targets (SEU and high efficiency certificates)Short- medium-term optimization (daily-weekly-seasonal), balancing grid supply and injections managementPropose new initiatives to achieve continuous improvement and optimized performance of existing sites; work closely with the OM team to maintain consistently high performance standardsPresent performance resultsWork effectively with the Project Management department to incorporate learnings into future projectsQualifications:Master's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent from a recognized institution3-5 years of experience in this or similar rolesProven knowledge of Combined Heating and Cooling/chilling Power Plant operation and maintenance as well as management methods necessary to control and improve asset performanceStrong knowledge in gas-fired engine/gas turbine, heat recovery steam generator, and gas-fired boiler techniques is mandatoryProven knowledge of chemistry as it relates to plant operations, environmental, and water treatment programs, and country statutory regulationsCritical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex problemsStrong attention to detail in high-pressure situationsItalian mother tongue with good technical English communication skillsWillingness to travel internationallyDo you have questions?
