**All about the role**:

For more than one hundred years now, we've been working at the forefront of shaping living for the better, developing products that meet people's demands in terms of taste, care and wellbeing.

But as consumer needs and wants to continue to evolve, we have even more work to do.

**What you'll do**:

We are looking for a Performance and Functionality Specialist to work as part of the Global R&D Dish Care Lab, contributing directly to the test execution of dishwasher cleaning and drying deliverables as well as development / analysis of cycles and functionalities

**In detail, you will**:

- Execution of laboratory tests according to the procedures reported on international standards (IEC, EN, AS/NZS, AHAM), consumer test standards (ICRT, StiWa) and internal Test Manuals, consisting of:

- Preparation of food products as soiling agents

- Soiling and drying of dishes as defined in the applicable standard

- Installation/preparation of appliance on test stand

- Evaluation of cleaning and drying scores as per standardized protocols

- Handling of data acquisition systems and preparation of test reports

- Support Lab internal processes such as post-treatment / prototype handling / laboratory equipment management

- Take part in improvements of Lab processes and development of new test protocols to fulfil project and consumer needs

- Ensure proper use of laboratory equipment and data acquisitions system

- Usage of internal tools for data analysis and elaboration

- Cooperate with Functional reference with analysis on cycle characteristics

**Qualifications**:

- Technical High School degree (chemistry area would be a plus)

- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and data analysis

- Curiosity and attention to detail

- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, good communication skills

- IT skills (MS Office, Windows)

- Autonomous and pro-active mindset

**Where you'll be**:

You will be based in Porcia, our site nearby Pordenone city.

Porcia is the biggest Electrolux site in Italy, dedicated to our Product Line Care.
