If you're obsessed with direct response marketing, psychology-based creatives, and crafting high-converting ad content, this is for you. What You'll Do:Lead the full creative process (ideation ? scripting ? execution). Develop high-performing UGC ads & direct response creatives for Meta. Use data-driven insights to optimize ad performance. Source and manage UGC creators to produce winning content. Conduct competitor & customer research to refine creative strategies. What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in performance creative for DTC brands or a creative agency. Experience writing scripts, shot listing, and briefing UGC creators. A blend of creativity + analytical thinking—you love testing & iterating based on performance data. A hustler's mentality—fast execution, proactive problem-solving, and a will-to-win mindset.
