YOUR CHALLENGE You will support the sales team and work closely with local and international activationsYou will manage the activation process from the proposal stageYou will handle the campaign reporting and monitoring budget spentYou will be responsible for analyzing trading reports to put in relevant insights weeklyYou will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agencies to achieve recurrent activations and upsellingYou will be in charge of translating client needs into activations and vice versa (performance trading team needs into client vocabulary)You will be co-responsible not only for building long-term relationships and strong confidence with our clients but also for meeting client expectations when running a campaign YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF At least 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry is required (agency or client side) and bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant fieldProficiency in how ad servers work and experience with analytics tools like Google or Adobe AnalyticsExtensive operational experience in managing performance campaigns focused on mid and low-funnel objectives, i. e. , generating qualified traffic and leadsAt least 3 years as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Trafficker, Trader, Performance Specialist or similar is a mustStrong data orientation, capable of analyzing and making decisions based on metrics and resultsAbility to present detailed reports and continuously monitor campaignsYou understand the digital environment and the different needs and implications the campaigns may have depending on the KPI to achieveAbility to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutionsCritical thinking and analytical skills to continuously improve campaign performanceGood attention to detail and process-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teamsAbility to explain technical concepts and strategies clearly and comprehensivelyComfortable with tight timelines, proactive and flexible personAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectivesProactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to changing client and market needs WHAT WE OFFER Key moment to join Seedtag in terms of growth and opportunitiesOne Seedtag: Work for a month from any of our open offices with travel and stay paid if you're a top performer (think of New York or Mexico)Flexible schedule to balance work and personal lifeYou will be free to choose your work-from-home and office time with our real flexible hybrid styleOptional company-paid English, Spanish and/or French coursesOdilo online school, where you can learn as much as you wantAccess to tickets restaurants GympassWe love what we do, but we also love having fun.
