S market + 400 Seedtaggers 2024 - Expansion into 17 countries + 550 Seedtaggers YOUR CHALLENGE You will support the sales team and work closely with local and international activations You will manage the activation process from the proposal stage You will handle the campaign reporting and monitoring budget spent You will be responsible for analyzing trading reports to put in relevant insights weekly You will manage the exchange of insights and campaign-relevant information with our clients and agencies to achieve recurrent activations and upselling You will be in charge of translating client needs into activations and vice versa (performance trading team needs into client vocabulary) You will be co-responsible not only for building long-term relationships and strong confidence with our clients but also for meeting client expectations when running a campaign YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF At least 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry is required (agency or client side) and bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Proficiency in how ad servers work and experience with analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics Extensive operational experience in managing performance campaigns focused on mid and low-funnel objectives, i. e. , generating qualified traffic and leads At least 3 years as a Performance Marketing Specialist, Trafficker, Trader, Performance Specialist or similar is a must Strong data orientation, capable of analyzing and making decisions based on metrics and results Ability to present detailed reports and continuously monitor campaigns You understand the digital environment and the different needs and implications the campaigns may have depending on the KPI to achieve Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions Critical thinking and analytical skills to continuously improve campaign performance Good attention to detail and process-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams Ability to explain technical concepts and strategies clearly and comprehensively Comfortable with tight timelines, proactive and flexible person Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives Proactive and flexible approach, able to adapt to changing client and market needs WHAT WE OFFER Key moment to join Seedtag in terms of growth and opportunities One Seedtag: Work for a month from any of our open offices with travel and stay paid if you're a top performer (think of New York or Mexico) Flexible schedule to balance work and personal life You will be free to choose your work-from-home and office time with our real flexible hybrid style Optional company-paid English, Spanish and/or French courses Odilo online school, where you can learn as much as you want Access to tickets restaurants Gympass We love what we do, but we also love having fun.
