- Operate online acquisition strategy for Italian market focusing on Traffic and Conversion
- Ensure online business through key performance channels
- Grant efficiency and ROAS of each paid activation
- Campaigns implementation and close relationship with dedicated agencies

Context:_
Integrated in the Omnichannel Media EME, reporting to Performance Media manager he/she will be responsible for eStore paid channels campaigns optimization and execution in collaboration with external agencies.
Goal: acquisition, traffic and conversion to sustain ecommerce Business.
Within the EME Marketing & Communication Department you will handle:
- Managing traffic acquisition campaigns through appointed agencies: SEM, affiliation, social, programmatic, display, retargeting, App
- Monitoring website main KPIs through Google Analytics 4 and collaborating with external agency on the ownership of report & dashboard
- Identify business growth opportunities and goals by channel
- Monitoring acquisition budget mix following ROAS targets
- Liaising with the external agencies for technical implementations, tracking needs and feed management
- Managing creative assets related to the different campaigns
- Coordinating with the internal team to deliver a full funnel strategy approach
- Support The Performance Media Manager to SEO strategy and implementation, monitoring KPIs and ensure delivery according to the roadmap.
- Supporting media cost invoicing process

**Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication
- Digital Performance Expertise
- Italian native is mandatory for business reasons.
Fluent in English, French is a plus
**BACKGROUND
- +2 years of minimum experience on performance marketing for ecommerce or on digital major accounts in performance agency, or in a retailer/pure player/digital branch with digital purchasing/traffic expertise
- International experience would be appreciated
**TECHNICAL EXPERTISES
- Good understanding of digital challenges in campaign deployment
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics; GA4 is a plus
- Good command of the main Performance levers (SEA, Retargeting, Affiliation, Performance display) and SEO
- Preferred direct knowledge of: Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok Ads, adserving platform
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good technical expertise (data, technologies, tools, analytics)
- Good digital culture, affinity in the beauty market is a plus
