Performance Marketing Lead
The Performance lead is integral in driving Treatwell's strategy in accelerating growth.
Responsible for delivering against the B2B & B2C acquisition performance targets, you will be leading a team of channel specialists and market funnel owners.
Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will focus on country and channel target delivery, identify opportunities for growth and challenges to be tackled.
You will sit in a cross functional team along with lifecycle, analytics and marketing technology experts.
**You Will**:
- Be responsible for the annual growth team target setting across markets and channel budgeting for B2B & B2C acquisition.
- Lead the weekly and monthly performance cycles and ensure we are delivering against targets and constantly challenging ourselves.
- Own data driven approach in defining the strategy and media mix, with regular review of plans based on real performance.
- Own, monitor and optimise the performance marketing strategy to drive growth from new and existing marketing channels (Affiliate, Programmatic, Paid Social and Paid Search), both on B2B & B2C.
- Work with the wider growth and marketing teams to align acquisition efforts with retention and other product growth initiatives.
- Own of strategic projects and agency relationships, challenge these stakeholders to deliver the highest quality work.
- Lead the development of consolidated best in class reporting that provides actionable insights.
- Lead the incrementally measurement efforts along with analytics and our agencies to ensure impactful and profitable marketing activities that deliver strong customer LTV.
- Lead, inspire and manage a team of paid channel experts to develop and execute the short-term and long-term growth strategy;
- Manage the in-house team and partners to deliver the monthly targets (leads, orders, CPL, CPO).
- Own the testing roadmap in order to optimise channels through A/B testing, ROI analysis, new channel testing and experimental campaign design;
- Work closely with the MarTech, Marketing Analytics and Product teams to scale fast and iterate on the strategy.
**About You**:
- A track record developing growth strategy via organic and paid strategy (Web, Google Ads, Affiliates, App);
- Performance, e-commerce or commercial background.
- Strong data & analytics skills and thinking, you're comfortable with data visualisation platforms, Google Analytics and are able to analyse and leverage data to extract actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.
- Experience with SaaS startups is a plus;
- Worked with million dollar budgets and large scale campaign structures
- Prior experience in a similar role as well as hands on experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
- You have a proactive attitude and are a self starter.
