**What you will be doing
As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milan, you'll report to the Head of Growth Marketing and you'll partner closely with Satispay's Regional Marketing, Business Intelligence and Tech teams.
Your role will be crucial as you will be responsible for leading Satispay's paid acquisition strategy and execution for growing both Merchant and Consumercustomer base, according to the Company's priorities.
You will contribute to Satispay's goal of building the best Fintech in Europe by developing a world class Performance Marketing machine.
Namely you will:
- Define Performance Marketing priorities according to the Team's and Company's strategy and goals across all markets where Satispay operates.
- Design operative strategy for Performance Marketing, exploiting short-term opportunities while building enablers for long-term growth, with the aim of maximising performance's efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the rest of the Growth team with the aim to increase conversion and lowering the acquisition cost
- Collaborate with the Tech and BI team in order to develop a state-of-the-art infrastructure to support Performance Marketing strategy.
- Oversee web and mobile tracking and attribution technologies status, and leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and optimization
- Identify and experiment with emerging technologies and new tactics to continue expanding our digital marketing toolkit
- Manage and optimise campaigns, also with the support of internal resources or external agencies.
- Collaborate and partner with the creative team in order to create a collaboration framework aimed to maximise efficiency and scalability of our creative effort.
**What we need
- 5+ years experience in digital and paid marketing experience
- Deep hands-on knowledge of the main advertising and tracking platforms
- Experience in working within both Web and Mobile environment (not mandatory but represents a plus)
- Marketplace experience, as well as experience in both B2B and B2C (not mandatory but represents a plus)
- Autonomous management of technical projects to improve marketing performance and martech stack
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to take data-informed decisions
- Great communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, highly organised and capable of working independently
- Team player attitude in any situation and good influencing skills at all levels
- Ability to manage and coordinate internal and external resources (third party service providers, web agencies, marketing agencies)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus

Full-time position based in Milan.
