Your role We are looking for a Media and Performance Marketing Specialist who will drive the implementing of the media and performance marketing strategy across the entire funnel, ensuring activation on the various touchpoints to achieve media and business objectives.
Main responsibilities: Contribute to the definition of the media and performance marketing strategy, ensuring consistency with the media mix and the full funnel strategy Daily management and optimization of digital campaigns cross channels (Google Ads, DV360, Meta, Criteo, TikTok Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads etc. . ) to increase full funnel performances (Awareness, Traffic, CR%, ROAS, revenues, leads) Data analysis and reporting on spending and performance Targeting audience/creative materials definition and strategy Annual budget forecast and daily budget management according to targets Monitoring and implementation of new trends, tools, best practices, betas Cross-functional alignment & synergies per brand Main requirements: Educational Background in Data Management, Media, Statistics or equivalent At least 2+ years of experience in driving media and performance campaigns in a competitive, fast-pace environment Strong problem-solving skills and parallel thinking Solid experience with Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics.
