Your Role:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll be responsible for ProntoPro's digital advertising investments and in charge of our performance marketing KPIs growth You will be leading and mentoring a team of 3 people, being responsible for their growth and development You will be directly managing Google Ads for Italy, our biggest market.

You will liaise between consumer driven activities and strategies to acquire more service providers, coordinating the team across different countries and channels (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, DEM, Display, TikTok) You will collaborate with different stakeholders in Product & Tech in order to improve the quality of what we do and drive our effort to improve our Martech investment effectiveness You will actively follow market trends and identify potential growth opportunities You will help define the overall Acquisition strategy You:

You have at least 5 years experience in Performance Marketing channels, reaching successful results through paid campaigns with hands on experience You have managed>500K budget per year on Google Ads and other performance marketing channels (Facebook, Display, Programmatic, Remarketing) You are able to mix up complexand effective analysis with business acumen in order to drive performances and growth You have a high analytical mindset and are used to work across large data sets You work or have worked in the past with GTM / CommandersAct or other Tag Management systems You are itching for real responsibility - to be in a position where you can really make or break the company You figure things out.
