Performance Media Manager - Consumer Product
YOUR MISSION**:
Reporting directly to the Digital Director Consumer Product Division and working closely with the marketing team, online brand manager and agency, the **Performance Media Manager** will be in charge of analyzing the results and optimizing the ecommerce investments dedicated to e-retailers cross-division, to challenge media agency when relevant, and sustain the growth of the channel through media investments.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Single point of contact for all brands on eCom media activations
- Responsible for the investment of the eCommerce Media budget
- In close collaboration with eCom Manager and BBLs drives and align ecommerce activations across CPD brands to maximize results
- Coordinates and owns the eCommerce activation roadmap by category, brand, customer, in line with business objectives
- Briefs and analyze eCommerce Media campaigns, working closely with Media agency and taking in consideration the results on main KPIs (SOV, SOM, ROAS, NTB)
- Produces reporting on eCommerce Media performance
- Monitors eCommerce Media budget and optimizes performance
- Arbitrates, where required, to synergize cross brand activation plans, budgets and execution
- Custodian of zone/global guidelines implementation
- Manages collaborative ads with e-Retailers
- Shares best practices with brands and zone
- Key stakeholders: Digital Director, eCommerce Manager, BBLs, OBMs, CDO/CMO, Zone, Media agency
- KPIs: Global guidelines compliance on media spending (%CONSO, HERO, etc.
), Traffic/NTB, ROAS
**YOUR COMPETENCIES & PRE-REQUISITES**:
- Strong knowledge of media performance solutions and dynamics of Digital Channels
- Analytical skills and knowledge of paid media native platforms (Amazon, FB & Google)
- Ability to effectively translate business objectives into campaign strategy
- Strong project management skills
- Data driven attitude
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to foster deep collaborative relationships with agencies and peers
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant professional experience
