**What You'll do (the role)

**Summary

Inside the Permitting unit will give support to all activities for bringing projects from filing to Ready To Build status, through Financial Close and Construction/Operation.

Will also regularly report and update projects authorization timeline and environmental issues/solutions through the proper company IT platform.

**Duties and responsibilities

- Support and coordination of third party developers in activities for issuing legal authorizations for the installation and operation of ground mounted photovoltaic plants.

- Support and coordination of third party developers in activities for integrating documents and giving feedbacks to Authorities during the permitting process.

- Support and coordination of the team in management in updating and transmission to the management of forecasting dashboards of permitting processes.

- Support and coordination of third party developers and local authorities in managing environmental mitigation propositions and related issues.

- Direct interface with the competent authorities and with the entities interested in issuing permits and opinions for authorizations.

- Regulatory and technical support to other teams in M&A deals or disputes.

- Support for business lines in managing technical due diligence activities.

**Who we're looking for

**Knowledge

- Knowledge of constrains analysis for PV sites and GIS environment will be a plus

- Excellent knowledge of English language

**Qualifications

- Five-year degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification (environmental engineering would be a plus)

**Experience**- Experience in the management of Permitting and Environmental compatibility activities will be a plus

- Experience and interpersonal skills in managing relations with organizations
