What you'll do
Role purpose: Personal Assistant
To work with the AIDA Leadership team (3 Heads of) to manage diaries, meetings, and general administration. This includes communication with stakeholders, project work, travel/financial management and raising purchase orders. You will join a team which will provide the opportunity to liaise with key Vodafone stakeholders globally along with working alongside Senior Management
What you will do and Who you are
To manage the diaries and commitments to ensure the prioritisation and allocation of time appropriately.
Manage demands which require last minute diary adjustments, whilst minimising disruption.
To manage e-mails and correspondence - responding where appropriate and/or forwarding for input to the relevant parties.
To manage travel and associated expenses– ensure all flights, hotels, transfers and visas are arranged pre travel
Manage PO administration for the Team
Proven experience at successfully supporting Senior Executives.
Positive & Can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate.
Flexible toward work requirements and maybe necessary to work additional hours when required.
