Given the exceptional growth of Bending Spoons and the sheer number of ambitious projects we've got underway, the members of our Executive team have found themselves busier than ever.

With so much on their plates, they're in need of a reliable and resourceful professional capable of making sure their day-to-day activities run as smoothly as possible.

That's where you come in.

In this role, you'll support a few Executive team members with personal and administrative duties, so that they can focus completely on the task at hand.

A few examples of your responsibilities

- Run personal and business errands as needed

- Manage timetables and agendas to ensure meetings and calls are kept efficient

- Arrange transport and accommodation for business and personal trips

This position requires you to work in Milan most of your time.
