Are you able to manage multiple deadlines, prioritising and reprioritising according to the changing needs of the business?

Do you have very good interpersonal competences and ability to communicate with stakeholders at any level of seniority?

**What do we expect from you?

You will act as a role model, representing our Maison at all times

Your experience in diary management, administration and travel arrangements will ensure continuous support to the Market Director

You will attend meetings with senior stakeholders, and ensure high levels of confidenciality, as well as a support with minute taking, making presentation, preparing reports

You will familiarise yourself with the Maison calendar of events and you will proactively propose your support accordingly
