A recommended client located in Milan, Italy is searching for an experienced family Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the family and their household.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall management of the family's needs; schedules, travel arrangements, diary management, hotel reservations and liaising with the children's schools

The family has a large household team and you will be required to work alongside them to ensure the smooth running of the family's lives.

International travel is required.

The working schedule will be 5 days per week, working from 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, flexibly will be required.
