Role Description This position is to provide administrative support to the local branch manager in our Milan office. Significant phone contact at a senior level, both with clients and internally. Extensive use of Outlook to include Inbox management. Extensive and complex diary management and internal/external meetings co-ordination, agenda, presentations, client lists, etc. Organisation of internal and external client events. General assistance and secretarial works. Extensive and complex travel arrangements: co-ordination of flights, tickets, accommodation and ground transportation. Providing absence cover to other team members as required. Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge Required Japanese, English and Italian language essential. Ability to multi-task effectively and to work on own initiative in an extremely busy environment where constant reprioritisation is required. Very effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone manner. Proactive, flexible team player with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly learn to navigate the organisation. Confident in dealing with senior individuals and able to get focus as necessary. Organised and detail-oriented. Well-developed awareness of the importance of confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and solid secretarial skills. Experience of working at an Investment Bank or similar environment is preferred.
