Personal Trainer
Role Overview
As a Personal Trainer at Ydun, you will run in-depth health assessments of clients with a mix of quantitative testing (strength, cardio, metabolism, balance, and mobility), and qualitative interviews (nutrition, sleep, stress, etc. ).
Based on this, you will create bespoke health optimisation plans for the individual client and follow them closely from there on.
Relying on the most advanced training equipment available, we are able to deliver the most efficient and effective training sessions for our clients in just 30min.
As a trainer, you will follow up to 3 people training at the same time to make sure that they are doing the right things and that they're doing the things right.
It's also your job to make sure people feel seen, heard and that they have a great experience at Ydun.
With a focus on precision, data-driven insights, and exceptional hospitality, you will help our members achieve their health and fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.
**Key Responsibilities
- **Personal Training**: Lead high-quality training sessions with up to three clients, ensuring every participant receives individualized attention and guidance.
- **Data-Driven Coaching**: Conduct detailed 1-on-1 checkups using advanced equipment and metrics to assess progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
- **Program Design**: Create personalized, evidence-based training, nutrition and recovery plans tailored to individual member goals, integrating longevity science and the most up-to-date fitness techniques.
- **Premium Member Experience**: Deliver exceptional hospitality to meet the high expectations of our premium clientele, fostering trust and motivation.
- **Equipment Expertise**: Leverage the most advanced training equipment available to optimize client results and enhance the Ydun experience.
- **Professional Growth**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fitness, health, and longevity science to maintain expertise in the field.
- **Facility Support**: Ensure Ydun's state-of-the-art facilities remain pristine, safe, and welcoming for all members.
**Qualifications
- You have a degree in Science Motorice, Physiotherapy, or similar.
- Expertise in strength training, mobility, and endurance principles.
- Proven experience working with high-end clients or in luxury fitness environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering personalized, hospitality-driven experiences.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using data to analyze and improve training outcomes.
- Availability to work 5 shifts per week (5+ hours per shift).
- Fluent in Italian and English (we expect quite a few expats)
