Role ResponsibilitiesTake measurements to clients in a confident and professional manner, showing high level of expertise, and recommend the best fit for personalization products. Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the personalization process, from initial consultation to product delivery, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively. Establish quality standards and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship for MTM and MTO products, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance. Ensure that store execute new policies and procedures to standard. Ensure that store complies with MTM operations checklist. Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales associates, to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness for personalized offerings. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for product personalization, informing product development and marketing strategies. Work closely with the store management team and with the personalization HQ team to achieve the personalization store sale target.
