PositionThe Personalization Manager will lead the Personalization team in our Flagship Store in Milano Montenapoleone, coordinating a team of expert client advisors (2 / 3) and managing our Clients for all the services related to personalization. This role is part of the management team of the Store. Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the personalization process, from initial consultation to product delivery, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively. Establish quality standards and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship for MTM and MTO products, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance. Work closely with the store management team and with the personalization HQ team to achieve the personalization store sale target. Take measurements to clients in a confident and professional manner, showing high level of expertise, and recommend the best fit for personalization products. Ensure that all client advisors execute new policies and procedures to standard. Ensure that the Store complies with MTM operations checklist. Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales associates, to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness for personalized offerings. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for product personalization, informing product development and marketing strategies.
