Your area of responsibility includes the support of the areas of applicants & customers. Applicant
You are responsible for the areas of recruiting/acquisition as well as the complete processing of all documents and the conduct of job interviews with new applicants.
Customer
Your work includes all areas of responsibility relating to future customers as well as customers already in the file, including the planning and conducting of initial appointments with new customers as well as job interviews with applicants at the customers.
Your Qualifications
If you already have several years of experience in an upscale private household or the upscale hotel industry, and are also familiar with the search for personnel, then you have come to the right place. You need to be able to speak German and English fluently as well as the national language. Furthermore, you need a good understanding of MS Office.
It is a long-term employment, with a very good payment (basic salary plus placement commission); a high degree of discretion is required.
