Job Description Summary**: You will be part of the Gas Power Upgrades Finance team, supporting the full financial cycles (closing, forecasting, reporting) and helping to drive visibility on both P&L and Cash KPIs.

This is intended to be a global role, which requires coordination among multiple regional stakeholders and cross functional teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities

- Support monthly and quarterly closing cycles, monitoring global Sales and CM metrics for Gas Power TX Upgrades segment

- Drive testing and implementation for Upgrades portfolio in Emerald / Tableau to standardize P&L and BS Upgrades financial reporting tools

- Work on enhancing financial dashboards pursuing automation initiatives for the existing reporting processes

- Coordinate with Regional teams to drive reduction on Upgrades aged projects in financial reconciliation status across ERP

- Support regional teams in driving transparency around Cash metrics, increasing focus around Past Dues reduction, Billing & Collection

- Review future billings plans to identify trigger events and assign the correct operational ownership to drive execution and performance improvement

**Qualifications/ Requirements

- BA/MSc in Economics, Business Administration, Finance (or equivalent knowledge or experience)

- Fluent in English and Italian

- EU Work Permit

- Proactive approach and ability to work independently

- Open to work in a multicultural, fast paced environment

- MS Office Excel and PowerPoint working knowledge

- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, willingness to learn

- Full time position: requires 40 hours/week presence in the office

(with some level of flexibility to be agreed with manager)

- Required length of internship: 6 months
