Position Summary with Job Responsibilities**:

Purpose of the position

This role will be responsible for Electrical & Electronics Facility Development, Training Module Development, deployment of Skill to achieve current & Future E&E needs

Personal Profile

Skills/ Competencies - Overall understanding of automobile basics about its function ability.

- Understanding of auto electrical system working along with all key electrical aggregates and their specification, e. g.

alternator, starter motor, battery, BCM, etc.

- Understanding of various advance automobile systems, its components, integration, working & trouble shooting e. g.

ABS, Climate control, Air bag, stability control, CANBUS, traction control, etc.

advance sensors their checking, calibration, etc.

- Hands on experience of ECU flashing, On board diagnostic of automobile.

- Exposure to High Voltage Systems

Relevant Experience:

Must possess overall experience of 6-8 years in (Auto Electrical & Electronics)

and must possess sound technical knowledge Auto Electrical & Electronics for the respective Shop with minimum 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

1 Training Planning

- Prepare and arrange for tools and equipment required for the Skill Development, as per the defined Skill requirement

- Plan day to day E&E trainings, Schedule, Training Calendar

- Follow up with shops for day to day training & needs of shop

- Ensure nominations for training

- Communication

- Training Coverage

- Training readiness

- 2 New Training Content Development

- Develop Electrical & Electronics Lab

- Development E &E FST (fundamental Skill Training) Centre

- Development Mechatronics lab

- Develop Telematics & Diagnostic lab

- Develop Industry 4. 0 lab - Compliance of

- E&E lab

- FST Facility

- Mechatronics lab

- Telematics & Industry 4. 0 lab

- Develop training module, training contents, and training aids to support training content delivery. 3 Process Quality Improvement

- Understand the shop E&E related problems, take projects

- problem solving, Execute the action plan,

- work on feedback received from internal and external customers

- Support for line / Process improvements - E&E no.

- Support provided in Process improvement

- Prepare lesson plan, conduct theory lectures and practicals in areas of auto electrical & electronics. 4 Productivity Improvement

- Take actions & introduce various projects to improve productivity

- Try out various initiatives identified for line functionality improvements

- Take E & E shop / line specific defects / non conformity and work on that to solve /eliminate problem

- Coordinate with shop line engineers/ supervisors to understand their needs - New skills & Techniques

- E&E problem solving

- Maintain safety, discipline, 5S conditions within working area.

- Monitoring effectiveness of learnings through periodic assessment.
