In order to harmonize project management framework, tools, processes, and skills throughout the High Voltage Products organization, the Project Management Leader Position is created within its Operations and HSE function.

Your Responsibilities:Establish, maintain, and improve the Project Management Framework to ensure efficient and effective processes as well as best practices. Define and set up Project Management Control processes. Identify skills and skill gaps. Oversee global project management tools and performance indicators. Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your Background:PMP certification. Experience and exposure to technical projects in the industry. Good communication skills and a team player. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
