Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Marketing team as a PH Marketing Stagist.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our products within the pharmaceutical industry.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive brand awareness and market growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our pharmaceutical products.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and promotional materials.

- Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

- Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and support their efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in marketing activities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.

- Assist in budget planning and management for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations and compliance.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
